Cod fish with double cream

So another typical portuguese dish: cod-fish with double cream.

Portuguese people have a huge connection with the sea and therefore with fish dishes. Although cod-fish is imported from Scotland and mainly Norway, portuguese made this fish one of their national dishes. However, this is always SMOKED cod.

You can find loads of recipes with cod-fish in Portugal. I personally recommend this one and “Bacalhau à Brás”.
