Salmon anyone?

Here is a healthy and easy lunch : salmon, vegetables, tomato salad and peas.

First boil the peas and vegetables. Once boiling start grilling the salmon (once is faster),  and then, when all vegetables are ready mix all with a little of olive oil and then serve them with the grilled salmon. Easy, fast and healthy. Don’t forget a little of white wine and some fruit for dessert.
